Sylvia is a bachelor in Early Childhood Education; she is currently offering embroidery courses for students from 7 years old.
During this workshop, students will learn to embroider on a blanket fabric with basic stitches to create visually rich textures and effects to form fun kaleidoscopes.
They will start by embroidering with basic stitches of simple geometric figures, such as triangles, squares, rhombuses, etc., to design incredible kaleidoscopes, with a great variety of colors in DMC threads.
Little by little, different shapes and figures incorporate to carry out larger projects, adding painting techniques and accessories according to each student creativity.
Fabric, embroidery hoop (6” y 8”), washable pen,
Needle (#5 or #6), scissors, DMC threads in 6 different shades.
All materials are included.
